Haddock Frying Pan: Dissolve the haddock fillets, dip them in a mixture prepared with flour and salt (optionally can be dipped in egg), fry in hot oil and serve on plates.
Steamed Haddock:
Materials
1 packet of Pınar Haddock Fillets (defrosted)
1 tablespoon of capers
1 sprig of dill (washed and cleaned)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tomato (cleaned, peeled and seeds removed and cut into large cubes)
1 charliston pepper (cleaned and chopped transversely)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of flour
3 glasses of water
½ teaspoon of salt
4 mushrooms (cleaned, washed and finely chopped)
Preparation: Heat the olive oil in a pan or saucepan over medium heat. Saute the mushrooms and green pepper for 1-2 minutes. Add flour and fry for 1-2 more minutes, add water and mix well. Add fish, lemon juice, capers, tomatoes, salt and mix carefully and slowly. After it starts to boil, cover and cook for 12-13 minutes on low heat. Add dill on the steaming and serve.
